The agreement identifies the customer, service scope, deliverables, price in USD, applicable taxes, payment due dates and delivery schedule. Each party is responsible for providing the information and access required for its agreed responsibilities. Delays caused by missing information may require a revised schedule.
Recurring billing is used only with express customer authorization. Amounts, billing intervals and cancellation procedures must be disclosed before authorization. Changes to fees or scope require written acceptance.
Business support does not guarantee revenue, financing, credit approval or any particular outcome. Legal, tax, accounting and investment questions should be directed to an appropriately qualified professional.
Confidential business information will be used to perform the engagement and shared only as needed with authorized providers or as required by law. Ownership, permitted use and retention of engagement materials are specified in the agreement.

Fees for work already completed remain payable as agreed. For prepaid work that has not been performed, the unused amount will be refunded after deducting fees for completed work and any specifically agreed, nonrecoverable commitments, to the extent permitted by law. Any engagement-specific cancellation fee must be disclosed and accepted before payment.
Please report duplicate charges, incorrect billing or a failure to supply agreed services promptly. We will review the records and arrange a correction, remedy or applicable refund. This policy does not limit rights provided by law.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where available. Confirmation and the expected processing period will be provided after review; the payment provider or bank determines when the credit appears.
